Q:  What is the rent price for a 1 bedroom and a studio?

A:  Powell Enterprises manages three apartment communities with studio and 1-bedroom units: Fairfield Apartments, Condominium Apartments and Fairfield Square.  Our 4th community, Grand Villa, offers 1 and 2 bedroom apartment homes for people 55 years of age or older.  Garages and storage units are also available for rent.  The prices vary per community.  Our recommendation is to contact us and we can advise as to availability and current rental rates.  

Q:  What utilities are included and what utilities is the resident responsible for?

A:  Powell Enterprises pays for water, sewer and trash removal.  The resident is responsible for electric and/or gas plus extras such as cable, Internet, phone, etc.  Residents in Fairfield Square pay for gas and electric.  Residents in Fairfield Apartments, Condominium Apartment and Grand Villa pay for electric only.

Q:  What is the security deposit?

A:  The security deposit is the same as the contract rent amount.

Q:  Do you allow pets?

A:  Fairfield Apartments, Condominium Apartments and Fairfield Square are pet free communities.   Pets are negotiable in Grand Villa.

Q:  Are the units furnished?

A:  The units are not furnished although some studio units in the Condominium Apartments have a murphy bed.

Q:  What are the lease terms?

A: Fairfield Apartments, Condominium Apartments and Fairfield Square offer two lease termination dates, May 31st or July 31st.   Grand Villa leases end August 31st.

Q: How close to campus is this community?

A: We are approximately 1.5 miles from the University of Wyoming Student Union and about 1 mile from the Willett Street bus shuttle lot.

Q: Are all 4 communities located near each other?

A: Yes, all 4 communities are located between 19th and 22nd Streets and between Reynolds and Binford Streets.
